Macro: Up Close and Personal

This project was a ton of fun, but I would be lying if I didn’t say it was a more challenging one for me. Through this, I learned that I don’t have the steadiest hands. In order to take extremely clear and focused shots up close, you can’t shake. The slightest movement will cause the main subject to blur. Some of these pictures were taken in class, such as the water droplet ones and my own shoelace. The others happened in different areas of my home. My husband also obliged to let me shoot macro photos of his eyes because I think they are absolutely radiant. Those were probably the hardest. Both his head and my hands had to remain steady to capture his eyes clearly.
